Monday: FRIED CATFISH FILLET & RED BEANS & RICE Fillet of Fresh Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish Southern Deep Fried & Served w/ Creole Red Beans & Rice w/ Garlic Toast   $9.95

 

TUESDAY: PETIT FILET MIGNON & SHRIMP 4 oz Filet Mignon Charbroiled the way you like it & Paired w/ Skewered Shrimp Grilled w/ Garlic Butter & Served w/ Potatoes Au Gratin $9.95

 

 

WEDNESDAY: CHICKEN MA PAUL’S Boneless Breast of Chicken Stuffed w/ a Cheese Stuffed Banana Pepper then rolled in Bacon & Grilled to Perfection and topped w/ Pineapple Sauce. Served on a bed of Coconut Rice       $9.95

 

 

THURSDAY: GRILLED PORK CHOPS Grilled Pork Chops w/ Brown Gravy and Baked Macaroni & Cheese Served w/ Turnip Greens A’la’ Ed        $9.95
